Alaska has just started to embrace winter. We have had our first few snows and now it is time to break out the apple cider and hot chocolate.
I have a lot of things I want to get done this season. My list of projects and activities for this winter:

- Go ice skating on a lake
- Finish knitting a pair of socks
- Finish knitting my shawl
- Finish editing my fantasy novel (ha ha, ya. I only wish)
- Make pumpkin pie
- Watercolor 50 cards IIII
- Read 5 thick (400 page at least) books II
- Plan and draw my future garden
- Plan and draw my future house
- Design and draw a fantasy creature coloring book
- Make a snowman
- Go sledding 10+ times
- Sew a rag quilt
- Fill a jar with inspirational quotes (see the post A Fantasy Writer’s Christmas Gift Guide )
- Get at least 10 triangles in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu III
- Learn 2 fiddle songs on the violin
- Memorize Ephesian 6: 10-17
- Memorize Henry Purcell’s ABDELAZER SUITE (The moor’s revenge) all 7 movements III
